2 simple ways to show commercial properties on PropertyMall.com
1. Basic – Free listing, pay per enquiry.
List as many properties on PropertyMall.com as you like for FREE. You will only be charged for the quality enquiries that you receive. Each listing added to PropertyMall.com will be seen by thousands of people interested in buying or letting your commercial property. These visitors will send enquiries to you by email. We only charge you per enquiry and you have the choice of which enquiries you would like and which to reject.
Every time one of your properties generates an enquiry we will send it directly to you. We only remove the identity of the sender. If you like the look of the enquiry you can choose to ‘buy this enquiry’. We then forward the whole enquiry to you including the contact details of the sender. If you don’t choose to buy the enquiry then you pay nothing!

The online form allows interested visitors to send you quality enquiries.
During the first three months each enquiry you select to buy will cost a one off fee of £10. Thereafter each enquiry will cost a one off fee of £50 . Invoices are sent at the end of each month.
There are no other costs and no minimum term.

2. Premium – Unlimited enquiries, pay per property.
There is no limit to the number of properties you can list on PropertyMall.com. Each listing added to PropertyMall.com will be seen by thousands of people interested in buying or letting your commercial property. The more properties you have listed the more quality enquires they will generate.
Visitors can make direct contact with you in a number of different ways. Your Premium listing will include your website address, telephone and fax numbers and also an online form for contacting the specific person responsible for the available property. All enquiries made by visitors to PropertyMall.com are sent to you directly and in full.
